Here is part 2 of our iPhone app series and we have some great ones in store for you Colorado Springs Real Estate agents out there. If you missed the first part of the series, here is the link. 20 iPhone Apps That Every Real Estate Professional Should Have (part 1)
Also, below you will see these weird boxes that look like this:
These are QR Codes! They are 2D bar codes that allow you to simply scan the code on the screen with your iPhone and it will take you directly to the App Store on your iPhone for easy download of the app mentioned.
My favorite scanners are ScanLife(free) and QuiQR($1.99 but also let’s you create QR Codes from your iPhone)
11) Supra eKey

Yes REALTORS®, you now can get into listings with your iPhone… well almost. This is the demo that you can download for free and check out. It should be going live at the end of August 2010. Go to SUPRA’s website about the recent updates on using your iPhone for opening lockboxes!
Cost: Free (for the app, but there is cost for the attachment)
12) iFax

Need to send a contract to that HUD attorney that only takes fax, but don’t have a fax machine around you? This allows you to take pictures of papers and fax them directly from your iPhone. Another way to use this is taking screen shots of documents you already have in your Google Docs that you can access from your phone and fax them away. Also allows for Unlimited Faxing!
Cost: $2.99
13) KAD Estimation Apps (no qr code)

Want to help your client get an idea of how much different repairs or upgrades may cost? KAD has a bunch of estimation apps to help you do that. Unfortunately, there is one app per type of estimation, but they do give you the convenience and functionality of giving you quick estimations for costs of those repairs and upgrades.
Cost: $0.99 per app
14) Real Tools

Real Tools is a collection of 18 Tool Applications that have real utility including: scale, leveling, angles, temperature, sound level, battery levels, ruler, G Force, etc. Have you ever needed to measure something, but didn’t have a tape measure? Have you ever needed to see if something was out of level in a house, but didn’t have a level? Well, here is a great solution for you!
Cost: $1.99 (50% sale right now)
15) Sketches

So, I know by the screen shots, this looks like a play toy or something, but here are my thoughts on how this would be great for REALTORS®. If you need to take pictures of anything in a listing and need to point out specific areas of interest or concern, you can easily do that. Also, you could take a screen shot on your iPhone of a map, then use Sketches to point out where you need someone to meet you. Cool app if you ask me!
Cost: $1.99
16) Evernote

Evernote turns the iPhone into an extension of your brain, helping you remember anything and everything that happens in your life. From notes to ideas to snapshots to recordings, put it all into Evernote and watch as it instantly synchronizes from your iPhone to your Mac or Windows desktop.
Cost: Free
17) SugarSync

This wonderful cloud computing backup program has a great iPhone app to go with it. If you want to have access to your files everywhere you go and want to easily collaborate with your colleagues, teammates or clients, then SugarSync would be a great app to apply to your business. I wrote an article about tools to bring your real estate business to the cloud and SugarSync is the 3rd one down.
Cost: Free (but must have a SugarSync account)
18) Qik Video Camera Pro

This is an excellent app for those REALTORS® who are getting into video marketing. You can take quick videos of properties, your favorite shop in your farm area, etc and directly upload them to your social networks like Youtube and Facebook. Also, it has some cool ways of editing and making them look the way you want.
Cost: $2.99
19) Remember the Milk

This is definitely my favorite task management app out there for the iPhone. It also integrates with a lot of different services in the cloud… i.e. google apps! Get reminders via email, text, and instant messenger. Check out the link to find out all the functionality that it has!
Cost: Free (free trial but eventually you have to get the pro account for $25/year)
20) Chipotle

Yes… I know. It wouldn’t be a good Tucker Wannamaker blog without adding Chipotle in here. But seriously, this is a great app. Have you ever forgot your wallet at home, but still had a lunch appointment with a client? Well, you can order and pay (from a saved credit card) for you and your client’s burrito directly from this app. Then just go to the front of the line and grab your burritos! AWESOME!
Cost: Free (for the app, not the burrito)
So, at last we have arrived at 20.
