Here are some great cloud computing services that can help you do just that: be more efficient with your Colorado Springs real estate business. 1) Google Apps – 
Do you have to remember to plug in your phone in order to sync all of your contacts, calendars and emails? Do you wish you could have a system of automatic and wireless syncing? This is definitely one of the best ways to get more efficient through getting branded email addresses, syncing everything wirelessly and automatic and utilizing the power of Google’s infrastructure. You can start off with their FREE Standard edition or upgrade for a mere $50/year with some extra storage space and extra functionality!
2) Floorplanner – 
Do you like to have visual aids to help you see what that house looks like? So do you clients and prospects! Floorplanner is an easy way to create and share interactive floor plans online. With simple drag and drop tools you can make accurate plans within minutes all on scale. They have a basic FREE edition and of course can upgrade to their PLUS account to have more space and functionality. (the video doesn’t have sound unfortunately)
3) SugarSync –
Ever wish you could just have everything backed up on your computer automatically? Back up and access all your Data. Anytime. Anywhere. From Any Device. Wouldn’t it be cool to have all your computer stuff available everywhere at any time? SugarSync is easy, secure, and accessible online file sync and backup.
4) BatchBook -
How many of your clients have fallen through the cracks? BatchBook is a “social CRM”: a customizable, web-based contact relationship manager (CRM) that helps small businesses organize their contact data and manage their social network. BatchBook provides a simple way for small businesses and entrepreneurs to manage contacts, communications and social networks.
5) eProperty Sites -
Do you have some listings that you want to get more exposure with without being like an annoying sales person? This is an amazing single-property website solution that has more features than Postlets, VFlyer, and all of the rest. You can set up a beautiful website for each property, sync it to Craiglist and other platforms, there is a Facebook app and a whole lot more. 6) Aviary -
Do you ever want to edit your listing photos, but don’t have any cool software like photoshop to do the trick? Aviary is a suite of creative tools for picture, image and audio editing and markup. It runs directly from your internet browser and allows you to store and access your work from any computer. There is no expensive software to buy or maintain. Just use it to create, modify and share your work- from graphic designs to audio files- easily and effectively.
7) Expensify -
I know I hate paper and especially in the receipt form… especially at the end of the year when I have to dig them up again for taxes. Wouldn’t you just like to take a picture with your mobile phone and get them organized online? Here is Expensify. Expense Reports that don’t suck! Throw away those receipts and do all your expense reports in the cloud. Using your mobile device and Expensify, you’ll be able to generate reports of your expenses that look pretty, too. Go paperless with Expensify!
8) Mailchimp -
Do you want to be in front of your clients with beautiful, personalized email campaigns full of your own valuable content? Next time make sure all of those people get that valuable content through using Mailchimp for your permission-based email marketing. It also allows you to track everything including how many people opened the email, how many times people clicked and more! They help you to make sure your emails pass through spam filters so that more people see your valuable content!
9) Google Voice -
Do you have too many phone numbers for people to contact you on? Have you ever had to change you’re phone number and it was a major drag to switch? Once upon a time, Google Voice was only available by invitation only, but lo and behold, it is now available to everyone and it is awesome. Get a phone number that is tied only to you including features of having one number for all of your phones, voicemail transcription, FREE text messages, and so on and so on.
10) Nitro PDF tools –
Have you ever had pdf issues where you wanted to combine, edit, add text or change to different formats like .doc? Use PDF Hammer to quickly and easily edit your PDF files online without installing a thing! Simply upload PDF files to PDF Hammer via your web browser, perform your edits, and then save the files back to your computer. The online editor allows you to view the pages of your PDF files as you edit them. There are many FREE tools and you can upgrade to Nitro PRO for even more functionality!
11) OffiSync -
OffiSync supercharges Microsoft Office, enabling users to significantly improve the way they create, collaborate and share their documents by integrating Microsoft Office with Google Docs, and Google Apps. It adds a new toolbar to any version of Microsoft Office making it easy to connect your docs to Google Apps!
12) 280slides -
Need to create a beautiful presentation, but don’t have or don’t want to use Powerpoint? Great functionality and user interface. NO software to download and nothing to pay for… (no video, but check out the website for more info!)
13) Blacktonic - 
Now that you’ve made that awesome presentation, use Blacktonic to share it with your clients with incredible ease. Effortless presentations over the internet with people all over the world or with that client that is moving from Denver to Colorado Springs that you don’t want to have to drive up there to meet. Share easily with people just using a web link and no annoying plugins for anyone to download.
14) CTM eContracts -
What a great cloud service for us here in Colorado for real estate contracts. No downloading, no paper, no problem… awesome! Some other features include eCalendar, team members access, electronic signatures(yes they are legal), document management and more! 15) Chipotle -
Just kidding on the FREE part…I wish. However, the reason why I added this one is because not only is Chipotle awesome, but they have a fabulously easy online personal and group ordering system. If you have a client you want to grab a quick burrito with before you go show them 50 houses in 2 hours, just order your lunch through Chipotle.com. If you haven’t tried their system, give it go! It is simple, fast and you can pay online so you don’t have to wait in line! (the video below has nothing to do with ordering, but it is a funny Chipotle song!)
